Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pay Quick ("the Service"), including our website, pilot program, or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
About Pay Quick
Pay Quick is a QR-based ordering and payment platform designed for restaurants, bars, cafés, and similar venues.
The Service allows venues to:
- Let guests order and pay using their mobile phones
- Receive orders in real time via a Kitchen Display System (KDS)
- Manage venue operations digitally
Pay Quick is operated within the European Union (Romania).
Eligibility
To use Pay Quick, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to act on behalf of the venue you register
- Provide accurate and complete information
We may reject or suspend access if eligibility requirements are not met or if misuse is detected.
Pilot Program
4.1 Pilot access
Pay Quick may offer a free pilot program:
- Duration: 30 days
- Limited to selected venues
- Selection is discretionary and not guaranteed
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance
4.2 Pilot limitations
During the pilot:
- Features may change
- Availability is not guaranteed
- The Service may be modified or discontinued without notice
- No service-level commitments apply
- Data may be deleted at the end of the pilot
- The pilot is provided "as is" for testing and feedback purposes
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring authorized staff use the system properly
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
Payments & Fees
6.1 Pilot phase
During the pilot period, no subscription fees are charged.
6.2 Paid plans
Pay Quick offers two subscription plans, billed monthly:
- Starter — €39/month: up to 10 tables, unlimited orders, basic reports, email support
- Professional — €99/month: up to 50 tables, unlimited orders, advanced analytics, CSV export, custom venue branding, email support
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.3 Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and NETOPIA Payments). Each venue connects its own payment account. Pay Quick does not hold, store, or access your funds.
6.4 Refunds
As Pay Quick is offered exclusively to business customers, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use Pay Quick for unlawful activities
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform
- Reverse engineer, copy, or decompile the Service
- Provide false or misleading information
We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are violated. Where reasonable, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.
Data & Privacy
Your use of Pay Quick is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- You remain the owner of your venue and customer data
- We act only as a data processor where applicable

Availability & Support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free operation
- Specific performance results
Support during the pilot is provided on a best-effort basis.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Pay Quick — including software, branding, and content — remain the exclusive property of Pay Quick.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For misuse or abuse of the Service
- At the end of the pilot program
Where reasonable, we will provide prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Pay Quick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Fraud or intentional misconduct
- Gross negligence
- Breaches of data protection obligations
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian or EU law
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pay Quick from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your venue's operations or customer interactions
This applies only to the extent permitted by Romanian and EU law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 15 days before changes take effect, unless the changes are required by law or relate to new features.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
